Abraham Maslow made the concept of Self-Actualisation popular though various books and papers he wrote. It has become a common usage in conversations, though there are multiple interpretations of what this means. The path is even more vague, as the topic has not been researched enough and not popularised in the work places.

In this workshop, we will explore what does self-actualisation mean from multiple perspectives. We will explore various theories and practices. We will create opportunities for you to reflect about yourself and make some observations in terms of your own state. We will explore various ways one could pursue this goal, while living a full life.
