All of us are driven towards happiness (call it peace, security or any other phrase). At the same time, we try to stay away from sorrow. This seems to be a natural inclination for us humans. The field of positive psychology continues to provide us evidence in connection with this. There are many questions that one might ask: What does happiness really mean? Is it possible to remain happy for ever? Does happiness lead to success? Is it an ideal that goes against the way the world operates?
In this workshop, we will open a conversation based on research about happiness - its definition, nature, techniques and tools that might enhance your happiness/well-being. We will being in philosophical perspectives too, that might agree/disagree with some scientific discoveries. You will walk away with increased level of awareness about yourself, your level of wellbeing/happiness and ways to get better day by day.
